Overview
Apex Health (formerly Elegancia Healthcare), sought to integrate its existing SAP ERP landscape running on SAP cloud with a newly implemented Electronic Medical Records (EMR) solution for its two hospitals in Qatar, The View Hospital and Korean Medical Center to streamline operations, enhance data flow, and improve patient care. Digimed Technologies was entrusted with managing this critical project, delivering a flawless end-to-end integration that met the hospital’s objectives on time and with exceptional quality.

The Challenge

• Complex Workflows: The integration required seamless data exchange between the SAP ERP and EMR systems across various departments.

The Solution

  Provided hands-on training sessions for hospital staff to familiarize them with the integrated system. Facilitated User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to incorporate user feedback and ensure readiness.
• Go-Live and Support:

The project went live in December 2022 for The view hospital and Korean medical center in July 23. and resulted in the following outcomes for the hospital:
